Order processing

Packages are dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment; except for rush orders (extra fee applies), which will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Please note that order processing may vary during tradeshow season.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to the following countries:

- North America: US, Canada, Mexico

- South America: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay

- Asia: China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan

Shipping Options and Pricing

We ship from Washington, D.C. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS.  Your shipping options are:

- USPS Priority mail (US and Canada only): free for all orders within the US and Canada, delivered within 2 to 7 business days depending on the location.

- USPS Express Mail (US and Canada only): $15, your order will be processed within 24 hours and will be delivered within 2 business days.

- International Shipping (via USPS Express mail): $30 will be added to your total for shippment outside of the US and Canada. Your order will be processed within 24 hours and will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the location.
