Frequently Asked Questions about Paris Air1. Payment methods
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, or Electron cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the packing of your order by PARIS AIR.
All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Chase Paymentech (Link), a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure PARIS AIR uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
2. Order processing
Packages are dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment; except for rush orders (extra fee applies), which will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Please note that order processing may vary during tradeshow season.
3. Shipping
We ship from New York, NY. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS. We ship to North America, South America, Asia and to some European countries (a detailed list of the countries we ship to can be found here). Your shipping options are:
- USPS Priority mail (US and Canada only): free for all orders within the US and Canada, delivered within 2 to 7 business days depending on the location.
- USPS Express Mail (US and Canada only): $15, your order will be processed within 24 hours and will be delivered within 2 business days.
- International Shipping (via USPS): $10 will be added to your total for shippment outside of the US and Canada. Your order will be processed within 24 hours and will be delivered within 6 to 10 business days, depending on the location.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your package has shipped.
4. Gift wrapping
While our packaging are always neat and cute (most of the time designers have adorable pouches to go with their products), you also have the opportunity to really spoil your friends and families by ordering a special gift wrapping and a gift card that we will include in the package to their attention.
Gift wrapping is $5.
5. Returns and exchanges
You have 10 days to change your mind and return your purchase.
Please note that Special orders, exclusive items, and sale items are FINAL, meaning that they are not returnable or exchangeable. Special orders are items specifically made for a customer. Exclusive items are noted on the item description page and state "Please note that because of the exclusivity of this piece, it is not returnable or exchangeable." Sale items are any discounted priced items with a “sale” tag next to the price.
For any other item, a return request should be placed as follows:
- Send an e-mail to info@paris-air.com explaining the reasons for your dissatisfaction (faulty item, wrong size…) and providing us with: (i) your full name and address, (ii) the order number and date of purchase. Additionally you must state if you want to receive a store credit or if you want us to refund your credit card. If you don’t specifically state that you want your credit card to be charged back, we will issue a store credit.
- Once we have received and approved your return request, we will send you an e-mail authorizing you to send us back your item(s). The shipping costs will be at your charge. The item(s) you want to return must be shipped in their original packaging to:

- Once we have received your items, we will issue a store credit or refund your credit card within thirty days.
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or PARIS AIR account, as applicable. In the case your order was a rush order, your refund amount will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
If your order has been sent to a destination within New York State, all sales taxes will be refunded. Requesting a return and/or sending us back your item implies that you agree with our return policy.
6. Warranty and faulty items
Items are warranted against manufacturer defect for a period of six months from purchase date. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Please send us an e-mail at info@paris-air.com and a picture of the broken item. We will contact our designers to see what is possible to do. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. Keep in mind that those products are hand-made and made of delicate materials therefore please be gentle with them!
7. Sales taxes
As we are based in NYC, we collect Sales tax for orders shipped within New York State. Tax rate depends on the county where the item is shipped. For example, NYC tax rate is 8.875%.
