The Designers
The force behind Miss Sugar Cane is Marine Chotard, a Young Parisian woman. She creates her collections in her cozy and oh so girly apartment in the Pigalle section of the city. Marine finds inspiration in everything: from a song to a feeling or a picture. But her favorite theme and biggest influence is Paris—a place that she knows by heart. She loves to spend her time nosing around the city’s flea markets, looking for original pieces to furnish her apartment and her spirit. Marine worked for the best brands from Chanel to Nina Ricci.
Marine makes every piece by hand, building each one with the same attention and doing the welding herself to assure complete durability.
Marine definitely sees la vie en rose and her personality is evident in all of her work. Her jewelry embodies the femininity, romanticism and fun that every woman of every age needs to face everyday life!
